hedwig: wig in a box
Portland Tribune: "I sent Yoko a fax," (Slusarenko says) "That was all it took. I paired her with Yo La Tengo because I thought they'd work well together. They have the same sense of musical whimsy. It's the first time she's ever sung a song that wasn't written by her or John Lennon. And she was great. A few hours later and she was gone. We were like wondering, 'Did that really happen?"
