Scotsman.com (June 24th 2006): "Speaking at a conference in London to mark International Widows' Day, she said: "It has been 25 years and I still can't get used to the idea. It is not just me, but my son who is still suffering." Ms Ono said her son, who was five when his father was killed, was "devastated" by the loss and she soon learned how "strong" she had to be to cope."

john lennon’s favourite restaurant table on sale
Asian News International (May 2nd): "The table usually used by the Beatles vocalist, John Lennon at his favourite restaurant is up for sale on eBay. Michael Trapani, owner of New York's Cafe La Fortuna, has put the table up for sale on the website. Lennon and his wife Yoko Ono usually sat at the same table but it was "retired" after the singer was murdered in 1980. Bidding for the table has passed £27,000."
